I need help preparing my dumplings! What's the best way?
Preparing your dumplings is easy! There are three main ways to cook your dumpling (if you find a fourth way of cooking your dumplings - please let me know).
- Pan-Fry & Steam
- Boil
- Steam
Should I thaw my dumplings?
Do no thaw out dumplings as they will stick together and create one giant inedible dumpling! 😅 Keep frozen and cook from frozen.
While the bag of frozen dumplings can last for about an hour without being in freezer (outdoor temperature dependent!), immediately put them in the freezer as soon as you have access to one.
If your dumplings do stick together, the best way to break them apart is to smack or drop them really hard against a hard surface, just like a bag of ice!

Delivery is available anywhere in Squamish on Fridays!
Pickup from Squamish Farmers Market on Saturdays.
Do you offer shipping?
We can ship chilli oil to anywhere in Canda for a flat rate of $16.99 in a small pre-paid box for up to x4 jars! International delivery also available - please inquire.

We take all payments method including etransfer and cash. 🤑

Do you offer ready-to-eat food?
We sell ready-to-eat Pork & Cabbage Dumplings at the Squamish Farmers Market, so come by to try it out! It comes with Dumpling Sauce, a drizzle of chilli oil, topped with some sesame seed and a big strand of Chinese veg because we all need to eat more greens!
We also sell meal-kits, which are easy to assemble as we provide you all the components and instruction. Think Freshprep but HOME-COOKED.
